Shipping & Returns


Please locate your tracking numbers on your invoice/s.
(Courier Post standard December cutoff period for deliveries is 20th December 2021)

Freight will be charged to your invoice, once your order has been received by our warehouse.
Couriers require additional charges for rural and residential deliveries, these charges will be added to your invoice if applicable.

Courier depots and local town businesses may accept receipt of your parcel to erradicate these additional charges.  You may wish to make contact with these businesses to see if this is a service they can offer you.

Sales Taxes

We are required to automatically charge and withhold the applicable GST for orders to be delivered to addresses within New Zealand. Each customer shall be solely responsible for all sales taxes, or other taxes, on orders shipped to any other country.

All prices listed on this website are GST exclusive.

Permission to Return and to Receive Credit

Please contact our sales staff in regards to any item you wish to return.

Credits will not be passed unless goods are returned within 14 days of receipt, in saleable condition, and are accompanied by an invoice number and date.

Return shipping shall be the responsibility of the customer for any unwanted or misordered items.

Please note a restocking fee may be applicable.  We will issue a credit to your account.

Items being returned, must be sent to our Auckland warehouse.

Damaged or Incorrect Merchandise

We will, upon your request and receipt of returned items, replace any merchandise that is received as a result of a picking error. In the event of any damaged stock, please contact our sales team, to assess prior to return.
